Apparel Artwork Checklist

Achieving stunning results requires careful preparation of your artwork.  The following checklist is intended to produce the absolute best outcome for your project.

APPAREL SCREEN PRINTING: BASICS
Artwork must be submitted in a high resolution VECTOR PDF

For colors not BLACK or WHITE, a specific pantone must be identified using the COATED PANTONE BOOK

Underlays are considered an extra color. For example: Pink ink on Black t-shirt requires an underbase. (Light ink on darker shirt.)

APPAREL SCREEN PRINTING: ARTWORK SIZE LIMITS
Tall & Adult Sizes: 12” W x 16” H MAX
Sleeve or Pant Legs: 3.75” W
Onsies & Shorts Legs: 5” W
Youth Size: 11” W x 13” H MAX

Youth Extra Small: 9”W x 11” H MAX

Up to 10 colors
Pantone Coated PMS Color Ink Mixing is FREE!

NOTE: Art will fit to the smallest shirt unless you require a separate size for larger shirts. It is recommended YXS on 1 size of art and YL and up with larger art. There will be an additional run charge and screens for each size of art.

APPAREL EMBROIDERY: BASICS
Preferred files are JPG & PNG files for Digitization.
We can accept 
EPS, PDF & AI files.


DTS files cannot be accepted.

Not all logos are suitable for embroidery.
Check with Curative Printing, if the logo is questionable.

Text must have a min height of .2” if filling in the font with stitches. This equates to approximately a 20 point font size.
